Exhibition and Presentation Day

Date: Monday 29 October, 2012

All Bursary winners are expected to display their projects on Exhibition and Presentation Day in the Union Hall,

La Trobe University, Bundoora. Parents, friends, teachers, sponsors and other supporters of science education are welcome to attend the exhibition and presentation ceremonies.

Bursary winners for 2011 The 2011 Exhibition and Presentation was held on Wednesday 2nd November at La Trobe University. The listing of all STS major and minor bursary winners is posted in our STS Bursary Book. Cheques and Major Bursary winner medallions are presented at ceremonies on this day. Note that if you are a Major Bursary winner and you do not attend Exhibition and Presentation day you will not receive a medallion. Opening and presentation ceremonies The official opening of the exhibition is scheduled for 10.00am in Union Hall. Presentation Ceremonies schedule (posted in late October).

BHP Billiton Science Awards

If you are a Major Bursary winner in the Experimental Research section of the Science Talent Search, your project is eligible for entry into the National BHP Billiton Science Awards. To enter, you must complete an Entry Form (TBA) and submit it along with your project, on Exhibition day, in the BHP Billiton Science Awards collection box, which will be located in the exhibition area of Union Hall. If you are unable to attend the exhibition you must send your project to STAV with the application form attached by Friday 26th October.
