Invoicing and Payment
An invoice will be generated once your registration has been processed. This invoice will be forwarded to your accounts department for payment.
Payment can be made by cheque payable to Science Victoria or by credit card; we accept MasterCard and Visa; or EFT.
An email will be sent to you once your registration has been received and processed. If you do not receive a receipt email please contact the STAV Business Centre on 03 9385 3999.
Refund Policy: Notification of cancellation MUST be in writing. Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the conference will receive a refund less 50% administration fee. There will not be any refunds for cancellations made after this date.
